OUR MISSION

Point Honduras takes the gospel of Jesus Christ to the most vulnerable children of Tegucigalpa and their families providing gospel-centered facilities focused on physical needs, spiritual growth, educational support and social connection.
OUR VISION
​
To be committed to holistically meet the needs of children living in at-risk areas of Tegucigalpa through the Gospel and help them achieve their full potential in order to become Christ-centered individuals that serve others.

The vision of Point Honduras is to continue with our existing kindergarten, school tutoring, nutrition and medical assistance programs. The ministry is always focusing on the population who is most vulnerable and with the most needs. Our desire is to reach more poor neighborhoods in the city and enable the development of the churches in each neighborhood, in order to expand the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Our desire would be to become a real education alternative for students graduating from the POINT program. We envision having our own Christian school K-12 that provides holistic education to the poorest children of the city. This would allow us to have the capacity to tend to more orphaned and at risk children, putting into practice the experiences that the Lord has allowed us to have.
Due to the precariousness of our health system, but with our experience of attending primary healthcare clinics and receiving medical brigades; we envision a POINT Honduras Christian Hospital that can treat every Honduran with respect and dignity and can receive medical missions to help aid in the surgical delay our hospitals have.
Our dream is to reach the most forgotten places in Honduras, Central America, and the world, with the wonderful things that God does through POINT.
